Gamecock Drew Cashin (15) threw a no-hitter against Goshen on April 15.

Drew Cashin threw another no-hitter for New Brockton as the Gamecocks shut out Goshen 13-0 on April 15. The Gamecocks scored a couple of runs each in the first and second innings then put the game away with six runs in the third inning.

Cashin pitched a complete game with 13 strikeouts.

Payton Green led New Brockton at the plate going 2-for-2 scoring two runs and 3 RBIs. Kaden Cupp went 1-for-2 scoring two runs and 1 RBI, Colton McClenny went 1-for-3 scoring one run and 1 RBI, Riley Simmons went 1-for-3 scoring one run and Jaxon Whitworth went 1-for-1 scoring three runs.

New Brockton had eight hits with no errors while Goshen was hitless with one error.

New Brockton 10, Goshen 0

Green threw a one-hitter for the Gamecocks as they shut out Goshen in the first game 10-0 on April 14. New Brockton scored nine runs in the first three innings to secure the win.

Green pitched a complete game five innings with nine strikeouts and gave up only one hit.

Cupp led the Gamecocks at the plate going 2-for-4 with a double scoring two runs and 3 RBIs. Jackson Lawson went 2-for-2 scoring one run and 2 RBIs while Cashin went 2-for-4 with a double and 3 RBIs.

New Brockton had 10 hits and one error in the game while Goshen had one hit and four errors.

Headland 11, New Brockton 1

New Brockton fell behind early 3-0 in the first three innings before Headland scored five runs in the top of the fifth to slam the door on the Gamecocks and win 11-1 on April 11.

Cupp started on the mound for New Brockton pitching three innings and giving up three runs on four hits with one strikeout. Whitworth came on in middle relief to pitch one and two thirds innings and gave up five runs on two hits. Simmons closed out the game pitching one and one-third innings giving up three runs on three hits with one strikeout.

Cupp also led at the plate going 1-for-3 scoring one run.

New Brockton had five hits and no errors in the game while Headland had nine hits and three errors. Both teams left seven on base.
