The Vivian B. Adams School on Stuart Tart Road in Ozark has served individuals with developmental disabilities in Coffee, Dale, Barbour, Henry, Houston and Pike Counties since 1971. Representing the school at the inaugural “Aware on the Square Fair” May 8 are VBAS Resource Coordinator Susan Owens, left, and Encore Program Lead Teacher Melinda Hodge. The purpose of the fair was to increase awareness of the resources available in the Wiregrass, according to event organizer Laura Bruce, mental health services coordinator for Ozark City Schools.
