The Birmingham Squadron, Alabama’s new NBA G-League franchise, announced the full schedule for their inaugural 2021-2022 season.
The schedule includes six straight road games to start the season as the newly remodeled Legacy Arena in Birmingham is expected to be completed sometime in November. The Squad will open the season on Nov. 5-6 for a series against the Greensboro Swarm and then debut in Legacy Arena on Dec. 5 against Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico, which will be Mexico’s first ever G-League team. Birmingham will have six straight home games before hitting the road again.
Birmingham’s inaugural regular season will close on April 2 on the road against the Memphis Hustle. The full schedule is below.
