TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and take action upon the following request(s):

A request by Scott Fall on behalf of Dura Cast, Inc. for conditional use approval for a Mini-Warehouse located at 101 North Industrial Blvd.
A request by Tillman Infrastructure on behalf of Lanecaster, LLC for conditional use approval for a telecommunications facility/Transmission Tower located 201 North Industrial Blvd.
All property owners interested in the above item(s) are urged to attend this public hearing and express themselves concerning same.
