LEGAL NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF ENTERPRISE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST

TAKE NOTICE:  A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday December 8, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the  Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and act upon the following request(s):

1.Old Business: N/A

2.New Business:

A request by Holly Riddle for a 7 foot rear yard variance to construct a detached garage located at 106 Pinehurst Drive. 

A request by Susan Basham for a special exception to operate a canine obedience/training/boarding business from her home and a side yard variance for kennels to board the canines located at 4471 Shellfield Road.

A request by Eric Sherman for an 8 foot rear yard variance to construct an addition home located at 106 Tom Morris Lane.

All property owners interested in the above item(s) are urged to attend this public hearing and express themselves concerning same. For additional information concerning this case, call 334-348-2671.
