TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday June 9, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and take action upon the following request(s):
1.Old Business:
A request by Gwendolyn Gilley Construction for 3’ rear yard variance to construct a back porch located on 104 Central Park Circle.
2.New Business:
A request by Patrick Blank on behalf of Brady Bundrick for a 6’ side yard variance to construct a carport located at 104 Deer Run Strut.
A request by Keith Blue for a 5’ rear yard variance to construct an RV carport located at 110 Oliver Dr.
A request by Howard Hughes for a 4’ side yard variance to construct a carport located at 508 Green Dr.
A request by James T. Smith for a 2’ side yard variance to construct a carport located at 103 Faye St.
