The purpose of a roundabout is to allow the traffic to keep moving with little stoppage; only for a STOP or YIELD sign. A full intersection light you will have wrecks and deaths where people run the red lights which will be at higher speeds. More roundabouts or 4 way stops are needed where there are current intersections in Enterprise to keep traffic flowing.
