The Wiregrass Music Festival 2021 will take place from June 17-20 at Hoobler Music on West College Street. Roy’s piano recital is free and will be at 7 p.m. June 17. The Troy Euphonium Quartet will perform June 18 at 7 p.m. Donations are requested. Chamber music will be presented June 19 at 3 p.m. and donations are requested. The Fort Rucker Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will be having its bimonthly dinner at the The Landing’s Ballroom (formerly Officer’s Club) on Fort Rucker at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 19.  All current and former military officers are invited to attend. The June 2021 meeting for the DAV Wiregrass Chapter 99 in New Brockton will be held on Thursday, June 24, at 6 p.m. in the New Brockton Senior Center. Everyone is asked to bring a dish. The Wiregrass-Enterprise Chapter 1807, National Active and Retired Federal Employees, will hold its monthly luncheon program at 11 a.m. June 24, at Po Folks Restaurant, Enterprise. Lisa Fenner, facility compliance and privacy officer and marketing director for Medical Center Enterprise, will be the guest speaker. All federal employees, active or retired, are invited to attend the luncheon programs at the same time every fourth Thursday of the month at Po Folks. The German Coffee Club will meet on Thursday, June 24, at 9:30 a.m. at The Landing on Fort Rucker. Schnitzel, French fries and salad will be available for lunch. The Enterprise Senior Citizens Center is for anyone 60 years of age or older. There is no fee to participate in the senior center program but donations are welcomed. Art classes are offered every Tuesday from 8 until 10 a.m., and 10 a.m. until noon. We will be playing Human Tic Tac Toe Monday, June 21 at 9:30 a.m. On Wednesday, June 23 we will meet at PoFolks to enjoy “Out to Eat” from 4-6 p.m. Classes meet at 2401 Neil Metcalf Road (U.S. Highway 167 North).
