The Ozark Police Department is asking the public for assistance locating a man wanted in connection with an April 22 robbery of the Marathon Gas Station in Ozark.
Ozark Police Chief Marlos Walker said that Billy Reynolds, 56, is wanted in connection with the robbery that occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m.
“Once on scene, law enforcement officials reviewed store surveillance video and interviewed multiple witnesses that gave an accurate account of the event,” Walker said. “Investigators were advised that an unknown black male emerged from the business and took multiple items of merchandise by force. During this event, a store employee was shoved to the ground.”
Walker said the suspect fled the store on food in the direction of McDonalds in Ozark. Law enforcement officials were able to identify the suspect as Billy Reynolds, 56, of Ozark.
Anyone with information of Reynolds' whereabouts is asked to call OPD Dispatch at (334) 774-5111.
