EHS Principal Brent Harrison announced that graduates could decorate their caps for graduation.

After announcing initial graduation plans for May 21, Enterprise High School announced on May 12 that those plans will be changing.

EHS Principal Brent Harrison confirmed that the 2020 EHS Graduation Ceremony will take place on the football field at Wildcat Stadium.

EHS seniors will be broken up into four groups of 125 graduates and ceremonies will be held at 8 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Also, each student will be allowed a maximum of six guests that will be allowed to sit in the home side bleachers of Wildcat Stadium. Harrison said that families are going to be asked to park in the red parking lot. No one, other than graduates, will be allowed on the field. After graduation, graduates will be given their final packets and asked to leave so that the next ceremony can get underway.

Harrison said that on May 20, a separate ceremony will be held from 9 until 11 a.m. for those students and family that do not feel comfortable doing the ceremony with the other students. Those ceremonies will be held at the Performing Arts Center.

Also, EHS is now going to allow students to decorate their graduation caps.

“Traditionally here at Enterprise High School we have not allowed anyone to ever decorate their cap for graduation, however, it’s not a traditional graduation,” Harrison said.

While EHS graduates will get to show off their cap decorations, there will be some limits to that decoration. Harrison said that if a student thinks whatever they decorate will make someone mad or is inappropriate, not to do it.
