Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated June 8, 2007 executed by Bobby R. Knight, an unmarried man, in favor of Acceptance Loan Company, Inc,, said Mortgage being recorded June 22, 2007, in Book 105A, Page 132, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coffee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Acceptance Loan Company, Inc,, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Coffee County, Enterprise Division, Alabama on 06/23/2020, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Coffee County, Alabama, to-wit:
One Vacant lot 50 by 100 particularly described as follows: Beginning at the S/ of what is known as Center Street and running in a Western direction along the South of said Center Street 100 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence in an Eastern direction North side of lot number 5 for 100 feet to road; thence in a Northern direction along 50 feet to point of beginning. Lot #6.
