An Ozark man is in Dale County Jail following his arrest Dec. 18 in connection with a “disorderly person” call from the McDonald’s on Highway 231 that same day.
Brennan D. Harper, 21, was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery after Ozark Police learned that Harper used a firearm to demand a refund for a purchase, according to Ozark Police Chief Col. Charles Ward. “He leaned into the window of the drive-thru while holding his firearm in his hand,” Ward said. “He was interviewed and confessed to the charge.”
