An Ozark police officer has been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation into domestic disturbance charges, according to Ozark Police Chief Col. Charles Ward.
Roscoe Eudon Tidwell, 38, of Ozark was arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence/ harassment after Ozark police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Andrews Avenue at approximately 4:45 a.m. Dec. 9.
Ward said that during the course of the investigation it was learned that a juvenile was assaulted by Tidwell, the step-father.
Ward said the investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
