In an effort to promote agriculture literacy, the Alabama Farmers Agriculture Foundation, Alabama Ag in the Classroom, and the Coffee County Farmer’s Federation are sharing the book and educator’s guide “Right this Very Minute” by List Detlefsen and illustrated by Renee Kurilla. All elementary schools and public libraries in Coffee County will be presented with this accurate ag book. The hope is that it will encourage learning about agriculture while also educating young people about where their daily food and fiber comes from. Pictured are, front row, from left, Vincente Valderrama, Easton Waid and Braylon Johnson. Back row, from left, are Greta Eagerton, Coffee County Farmer’s Federation Women’s Committee chairperson; and Donna Seay, Librarian at Pinedale Elementary School.
