LEGAL NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF

ENTERPRISE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST

TAKE NOTICE:  A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Planning Commission on Tuesday December 28, 2021at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama, to consider and act upon the following request(s):

Old Business:

A request by Longleaf Engineering, LLC. on behalf of Shang and Faye Howell for annexation and zoning to TH-3 (Townhouse District) as shown on Map B proposed of 184 acres of land located on County Road 622 adjacent to the south side of the Enterprise Municipal Airport.

A request by Longleaf Engineering, LLC. on behalf of Shang and Faye Howell for preliminary plat approval of Townes at Crosswinds Subdivision, Phase I.  

New Business:

A request by the Enterprise Water Works Board for site plan approval to construct a new water supply well located at 3681 Shellfield Hwy.

A request by Flowers and White Engineering, LLC on behalf of Frank Thomas for final plat approval of Hunters Hill, Phase 1 located off of Porters Lunsford Road. 

A request by Flowers and White Engineering, LLC on behalf of Frank Thomas for the rezoning of 6.31 acres from R-65 (Residential District) as shown on Map A to TH-1 (Townhouses) as shown on Map B located off of Ozark Hwy and Porters Lunsford Road. 

A request by Benchmark Land Services on behalf of Robert Bishop for preliminary plat approval of The Reserve located off of Boll Weevil Circle and Hwy 167.
