New Brockton 2020 queens crowned

Maddison Bragg and Josie Martin are the 2020 Miss New Brockton and Little Miss New Brockton, respectively.

The two were among those crowned during the New Brockton Pageants sponsored by the New Brockton Pageant Organization May 30 at Gilded Oaks Venue in New Brockton.

The annual pageant was originally planned for April 13 but was rescheduled due to the state-mandated COVID-19 pandemic shut downs.

“Thanks to many people working hard to make this year’s pageant a success,” Pageant Director Angi Oakes said following the pageant, which was held for the first time at a new venue. “New Brockton has new queens to represent the town.”

Oakes credited her “hard working committee” for the success of the pageants with the theme “New Era of the Roaring 20s.”

In the Miss New Brockton pageant, Bragg is also the winner of the Evening Gown, Written Communications and Interview awards.

Miss New Brockton First Alternate is Jamie Wehunt, who is also the winner of the Photogenic and Verbal Communications awards.

Second Alternate Miss New Brockton is Gracie Harrison and Third Alternate is Yolanda Reyes who is also the Spirit of Miss New Brockton award winner.

In the Little Miss New Brockton pageant, Martin is also the winner of the Written Communications, Interview and Photogenic awards.

Little Miss New Brockton First Alternate is Montanna Mock.

Brynlee Dueitt is Little Miss New Brockton Second Alternate and the Spirit of Little Miss award winner.

Baby Miss New Brockton and winner of the Photogenic award is Rosemary Bradley.

First Alternate Baby Miss New Brockton is Everleigh Richau and Second Alternate is Harper Hunter.

Finalists in the Baby Miss New Brockton category are Arya Gail Scott and Emberly Dueitt.

Toddler Miss New Brockton and winner of the Photogenic award is Madison Rascoe.

First Alternate Toddler Miss New Brockton is Brinley Coxwell and Second Alternate is Taylor Hunter.

Finalists in the Toddler Miss New Brockton category are Addilyn Baldwin and Lorelei Kitchens.

Petite Miss New Brockton and winner of the Photogenic award is Katie Beth Berry.

Petite Miss New Brockton First Alternate is Ryleigh Marler and Second Alternate is Olivia Eddins, who also is the Interview award winner. Third Alternate Petite Miss New Brockton is Kiley Thompson.

Young Miss New Brockton is Reese Danford. She is also the winner of the Photogenic and Interview awards. First Alternate Young Miss New Borkcton is Riley Roberts.

Pre Junior Miss New Brockton is Karlee Hester who also is the winner of the Photogenic and Interview awards.

First Alternate Pre Junior Miss New Brockton is Jaiden Radcliffe and Second Alternate is Kayleigh Richards.

Tiny Miss New Brockton is Brooke Meredith. She also is the Photogenic and Spirit of Tiny Little Miss New Brockton winner.

First Alternate Tiny Little Miss New Brockton Kyleigh Grennwell.

Second Alternate Tiny Little Miss New Brockton and Interview award winner is Lainey Bess Owsley.

Finalists in the Tiny Little Miss New Brockton are Aubrey Dierksheide and Cataleya Griffin.

Future Miss New Brockton is Jaliya Leverette.

First Alternate and Spirit of Future Little Miss New Brockton is Paisley Disotell

Second Alternate is Makenna Meeks. Third Alternate and Photogenic award winner is Brittany Bradshaw.

Finalists in the Future Little Miss New Brockton are Payzlee Hughes and Emmalyn Wood.

Interview winner is Scarlett Elliott.

Junior Miss New Brockton is Blair Wyrosdick, who is also the winner of the Photogenic and Interview award.

Junior Miss New Brockton First Alternate is Kazia Britt. Second Alternate and Spirit of Junior Miss New Brockton award winner is Daniela Rodriguez.

Bragg and Martin will represent the town of New Brockton in the National Peanut Pageant traditionally held in Dothan in November.
