The Enterprise Lady Cats lost to the McGill Toolen Lady Yellow Jackets on Oct. 23 by a score of 3-0 in the regional round of the Class 7A State Volleyball Tournament in Montgomery.
The match was played in Montgomery’s Garrett Coliseum with the Lady Cats falling 25-13, 25-18 and 25-19 in the three sets.
Enterprise was led by Sammie Neuwien with 22 assists and three blocks, while Taylor Danford earned 10 kills and 13 digs. Hannah Chang chipped in with five blocks and nine kills, while Kamira Cooper also had five kills and three blocks.
The Lady Cats finished the season 24-18 and were runner-up in Class 7A, Area 3.
