Jadyn Britton (20) and the Lady Cats beat Auburn in a tri-match last week.

The Enterprise Lady Cats picked up a win over the Auburn Lady Tigers but lost one to the Trinity Lady Wildcats in a tri-match on Aug. 24.

Enterprise defeated Auburn 2-1 after winning the last two sets 25-16 and 16-14, despite losing the first set 25-21.

Jadyn Britton contributed 16 kills in the win over Auburn, while Lily Rhoades earned six digs and six aces. Also, Sammie Neuwien and Heather Holtz both had 10 assists each and Hannah Chang had seven kills.

The Lady Cats lost to Trinity 2-1, dropping the first and third set 25-13 and 15-8. Enterprise won the second set 25-15.

Holtz led Enterprise against Trinity with one ace, five digs and 10 assists, while Rhoades had one ace and five digs. Neuwien earned 17 assists, while Abigail Wiggins chipped in with nine kills and five digs.

Enterprise picked up a 3-0 win over Houston Academy on Aug. 31 winning all three sets 25-9, 25-12 and 25-20.

Rhodes had two aces and seven digs, while Kayden Taylor earned five aces and Danford had nine kills. Britton and Chang had two kills each. Wiggins and Emma Warren had two aces each, while Holtz had 20 assists and seven digs. 

The Enterprise JV also picked up a 3-1 win over Auburn, as well. Enterprise won the first two sets 25-23 and 25-19, while Auburn won the third set 25-16 and Enterprise won the final set 25-11.

Ella Little led the JV Lady Cats with seven aces and three assists, while Alivia Freeman chips in with three kills and four blocks. Karis Snell contributed four assists, three digs, two aces and three kills.
