Enterprise native Dylan Bradshaw capped off his senior season with the Troy Trojans earning second-team All-Sun Belt honors last week.
Bradshaw – who was also an all-state lineman at Enterprise High School – earned honorable mention as a junior in 2019. Bradshaw was one of the most consistent Trojans on offense in 2020 allowing just one sack all season and not giving up a single additional hit on the quarterback.
While Bradshaw graduated from Troy in December all college football players will receive an extra year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bradshaw has announced his intention to return to Troy for one final season in 2021.
Fellow offensive lineman Austin Stidham, linebacker Carlton Martial and punter Jack Martin all earned first team honors, while receiver Kaylon Geiger, Bradshaw, defensive tackle Will Choloh and cornerback Terence Dunlap earned second team honors. Safety Dell Petus, bandit Richard Jiburn were placed on the third team, while running back Kimani Vidal, receiver Reggie Todd, bandit Javon Solomon and linebacker KJ Robertson all were honorable mention selections.
Vidal also earned Sun Belt Freshman Player of the Year honors after rushing for 528 yards and four touchdowns along with 225 yards receiving.
Martial led the entire nation with 113 tackles along with 10 tackles-for-loss, one sack and one interception. Martin was a weapon for the Trojans on special teams averaging 46 yards per punt, forcing 13 fair catches and booting 13 kicks inside the 20-yard line. Stidham was one of the highest rated offensive lineman in the entire country, according to Pro Football Focus. Stidham ranked fourth in the country with an 84.7 overall grade during the 2020 season.
Geiger led the Troy receivers with 64 catches for 752 yards and three touchdowns, while Todd had 43 catches, 530 yards and six touchdowns.
