NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE

Default being made in the conditions of that certain mortgage executed by WILL SMITH PROPERTIES, LLC, AN ALABAMA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, to Troy Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, on January 14, 2014, and being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coffee County, Alabama in OFFREC BK 666, Page 585, said Mortgagee to realize the entire indebtedness hereby will, on the 19th day of August, 2020, between the legal hours of sale at the Courthouse door in Coffee County, Alabama, Enterprise Division, under the powers contained in said mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property:

One vacant lot of land in the Town of New Brockton, Alabama, located as follows:  Begin at lot of land 67 feet wide on the South side of the lot S. D. Fuller bought from Mrs. Lena F. Brock, et al.  The lot of land begins at the corner of said lot where this lot of land and lot of land owned by Mrs. Lena F. Brock corners at sidewalk, thence in an easterly direction of said Mrs. Lena F. Brock land 178 feet to corner of Trelle Hoggs and Mrs. Norma R. Brock lands corner, thence in a northerly direction 67 feet along the line of Mrs. Norma R. Brock land, thence in a westerly direction 178 feet to sidewalk, thence in a southerly direction 67 feet to starting point as follows:  On the north by land of S. D. Fuller, on west by sidewalk, on the south by lands of Mrs. Lena F. Brock, on the east by lands of Mrs. Norma R. Brock.  Parcel #10-08-27-1-001-005.000

Subject to description not being accurate and any facts about the land that a correct survey would disclose and that are not shown by the public records. 

The above property is being sold “AS IS” and is subject to any and all reservations, easements, restrictions, covenants, rights of way, and all matters of record.

Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt, costs and expenses arising out of the mortgagor’s default, including attorney's fees.
