Tommy Fleming

Tommy Fleming, 75, of Enterprise passed away on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, at Lee Street Baptist Church with Rev. Slade Stinson officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home directing.

Tommy was born in Coffee County on Nov. 24, 1946 to the late Melvin and Elizabeth Anderson Fleming. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Fleming.

He retired from the U.S. Army after serving for 22 years, including a tour in Vietnam. Afterwards, Tommy worked for another 25 years at Fort Rucker as an aircraft support contractor. He was also a Free Mason.

Survivors include his daughters, Shelia Arnold (Ron) and Krista Arnold (Brent); grandchildren, Kacy Arnold, Ron Arnold (Robyn), Morgan Arnold, and Reagan Arnold; brother-in-law, Tracy Cureton; nieces, Lisa Dye and Sherry Cureton; nephew, Michael Cureton; and cousin, Doris Hataway.
