A Daleville man is dead after a single vehicle crash Sunday, Oct. 4.
Justin Daniel Fulford, 26, was killed in the crash that occurred at 3:28 a.m., according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Trooper Sgt. Michael Simmons.
Simmons said Fulford was driving a 2019 Dodge when the accident occurred. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned on Alabama 92, approximately one and one half miles west of Clayhatchee.
Simmons said that Fulford was not using a seatbelt and was killed at the scene. “Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash,” he added.
Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
