Lyster changes number for pharmacy fax

Lyster Army Health Clinic announces a change to the pharmacy’s fax number. The pharmacy’s new fax number 877-374-1656, replaces the current fax number in use to improve communication. The office phone number remains unchanged. Area medical professionals are encouraged to update contact information and utilize the new pharmacy fax number to submit faxed prescriptions. Effective April 1, the previous fax number will no longer be valid. Tricare beneficiaries should remind their healthcare provider of the change to ensure no interruption of prescription service. For additional questions, visit https://lyster.tricare.mil/ or contact the Lyster pharmacy at (334) 255-7178 or (334) 255-7175.
