Mr. and Mrs. Richard James Karle of Coffee Springs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ember Elizabeth, to Carson Reed Filipowski, son of Glenn and Donna Filipowski of Enterprise.Â
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Charles and Lenora Johnson Wright of Fort Payne and the late William and Catherine Karle of Clarks Summit, Penn.Â
She is a graduate of Wallace Community College and Troy University. She is currently employed as an intensive care nurse at Flowers Hospital in Dothan.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Elmer and Louella McLean of Enterprise and the late Robert and Sharon Filipowski.
He is a graduate of Auburn University and is currently an infantry captain in the United States Army, serving as a Ranger Training Company Commander at Camp James E. Rudder, Fla.Â
A March 2020 wedding is planned.
