A “drive by, honk and wave” party to celebrate Tinnie Edward’s 90th birthday was held in front of her East Grubbs Street home Feb. 25. Honking greetings to Edwards were friends, family and former co-workers of the woman who worked at the Enterprise City Hall in custodial services for 25 years and five months.
