A Daleville man has been arrested and another is being sought in connection with the two shooting deaths in Ozark Jan. 3.
Xavier R. Newsome, 24, was arrested Jan. 4 at his Daleville home and is charged with two counts of capital murder during a robbery, two counts of capital murder of two or more persons and two counts capital murder while the victim is in a vehicle.
