Patricia Brown was honored at the Daleville Board of Education meeting Nov. 17 with the presentation of the “Extra Mile” award for service above and beyond the call of duty. “Even with our ever-changing schedules, she has always been accommodating and she does it all with a smile,” said Daleville High School Assistant Principal Angelia Fulford about Brown, who is a child nutrition manager. “She makes whatever you need happen.” From left, are Daleville City Schools Superintendent Dr. Lisa Stamps, Brown and Fulford.
