LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975,
Notice is hereby given that McDonald Construction Co., Inc., Contractor,
has completed the Contract for the Culvert Replacement on College St.,
Project No. ERPR-9010(967), In Coffee County, Alabama and have made
request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim
for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should
immediately notify Kenny Sanders, at Poly, Inc., 1935 Headland Ave.
Dothan, AL, 334/944-2470.
All claims should be filed within 30 days of publication of this notice.
