TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama, to consider and take action upon the following request(s):
Old Business: N/A
New Business: A request by Brandy Albritton for a side yard variance for a storage shed located at 122 S. Ann Street.
A request by Chris Lusker fr an after the fact side yard variance to extend the existing shed located at 214 Britt Drive.
A request by Church on Boll Weevil Circle for a variance for two (2) modular buildings located at 2017 Boll Weevil Circle.
All property owners interested in the above item(s) are urged to attend this public hearing and express themselves concerning same. For additional information concerning this case, call 334-348-2671.
