NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED MANUFACTURED DWELLING

AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

Take notice that Clyde Albertson intends to sell, at public auction, the herein described manufactured dwelling and personal property contained therein to the highest bidder, for cash or certified funds. Pursuant to §35-12A-8, the following information is given: 1) The manufactured dwelling and personal property contained therein are deemed abandoned. 2) The tenant/owner: Steven Waltz: 3) Property address 810 Old Hwy 134 Lot 25, Daleville, Al., 36322. 4) The sale will be by public auction and the manufactured dwelling community owner is authorized to purchase the manufactured dwelling and personal property contained therein at public auction. 5) Sealed bids will not be accepted. 6) The public auction will be held on May 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at the front steps of Oak Terrace Park, Lot 25, Daleville, Al., 36322. 7) Contact Clyde Albertson at 251-769-1642 to inspect the manufactured dwelling. The purchaser of the manufactured dwelling and personal property contained therein shall be required to move said dwelling and personal property within 45 days of purchase.
