LEGAL NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF ENTERPRISE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST

TAKE NOTICE:  A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Planning Commission on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama, to consider and act upon the following request(s):

A request by Reeves Engineering and Construction, LLC on behalf of Troy Bank and Trust for site-plan approval for a commercial development located at 1030 Boll Weevil Cir.

A request by Benchmark Land Services on behalf of C&C Development for a re-plat of the final plat of Pinedale Estates Subdivision.

A request by Flowers and White Engineering LLC on behalf of Thomaston Company LLC for the rezone of 3.28 acres of land from R-65 (Residential District) as shown on Map A to B-3 (Highway Commercial District) as shown on Map B proposed located at SE intersection of HWY 27 and Porter Lunsford Rd.

A request by Delta Land Company for a final plat approval for Fountain Crest    Subdivision Phase V.

Such other business as may come before the commission
