One person is dead after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 167 North and County Road 259 at about 9:55 a.m., Aug. 3.
Tony Daniels, 39, of Elba, was pronounced dead at the scene after a collision between his maroon 2005 Buick Century and a silver 2009 Chrysler Sebring driven by 18-year-old Michael Bush, of Enterprise.
Bush was treated for his injuries at scene and released.
A female passenger in the Century, Jacquetta Daniels, 18, of Elba, was airlifted to Southeast Alabama Medical Center and is being treated for her injuries.
The accident is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers Office.
Enterprise Fire Department, Enterprise Police Department, Alabama State Troopers, Enterprise Rescue and New Brockton Fire Department responded to the accident.
