Deputies with the Coffee County Sheriff's Department have arrested two individuals after conducting a search warrant at a property on County Road 330 north of Elba Dec. 28.
During their search, deputies discovered more than 28 grams of methamphetamine.
Christopher Neal Stokes, 30, of Elba, was charged with first-degree manufacturing, trafficking methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Rhonda Gail Patton, 46, of Elba, was charged with first-degree manufacturing and trafficking methamphetamine.
Stokes and Patton remain in the Coffee County Jail under no bond.
In other crime, law enforcement arrested Tony Curtis Burks, 55, of Elba, second-degree theft of property; Kendric P. Valrie, 32, of Enterprise, first-degree theft of property; Beth Ann Miller, 28, of Elba, fugitive from justice, Mylessia Dawn Yates-Mcintyre, 33, of Jackson, grad jury indictments for first-degree theft of property, possession of a forged instrument and alias writ of arrest; Joann Anna Winters, 33, of Elba, first-degree theft of property; David Brinton, 56, of Enterprise, possession of cocaine; Ryan Cordell Smith, 24, of Enterprise, distribution of a controlled substance; and Charles Justin Mallory, 21, of Elba; altering a firearm identification or possession of an altered firearm.
