A 23-year-old Daleville man, James Tanner, Jr., is being held in the Dale County Jail in Ozark under bonds totaling $12,500, said Capt. Mason Bynum with the county sheriff's department Monday afternoon.
Tanner has been charged with attempting to allude police; criminal mischief, third degree; and criminal trespassing, third degree. Those charges stem from an incident occurring last Friday, Jan. 8. Additionally, Bynum said, Turner was charged with criminal trespassing, second degree and criminal mischief, third degree in relation to the man's last brush with officials on Dec. 7.
At around 3:45 p.m. Friday, Bynum said the Dale County Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment call on Forrest Drive near Daleville. When officers arrived on scene, the suspect attempted to leave by vehicle, which led to officers performing a traffic stop at which time Turner allegedly left his vehicle and ran on foot off Parrish Road.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office loaned tracking dogs to officers to aid with the search for Tanner. By 4:30 p.m., the man was located in an abandoned house, not far from his own home on Parrish Road, officials said.
Tanner has a history of foot chases and criminal history with felony and misdemeanor charges. He has also served time in state prison.
On Dec. 7, 2015, the man was arrested after pointing a gun at Daleville police officers as they responded to an unrelated call. Tanner fled on foot as officers approached and was later found hiding in a vehicle nearby. He was charged with brandishing a weapon at that time by Daleville police officials. He bonded out of the county jail the following day before any county charges were brought. Those additional county charges have now been added to current charges.
In December 2012, Tanner was arrested in Level Plains after a burglary-in-progress call led to an arrest warrant for attempted murder in Daleville. Tanner was tased then ran on foot, away from police. Police later recaptured him. He was charged with attempted murder, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and other pending charges.
In August 2010, Daleville police arrested Tanner in connection to two Subway restaurant burglaries, for which he allegedly confessed to the crime. He was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree theft of property and first-degree possession of marijuana.

In these case the importance of rules of Arabian countries is necessary. If the punishment given by the government is bearable to the thief and rapist, the will continue to do the crime again. You can collect best resume from professional resume writing service easily.

So tell me why this person is not in jail and is continually allowed back on the streets. Does anyone see a pattern in his criminal history ?
