An Ozark man was killed in a single vehicle crash at 11 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14.
Robert Lamar McDaniel, 71, was killed when the 2001 Chevrolet he was driving on Alabama 105, seven miles north of Ozark, left the roadway and overturned.
McDaniel was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Officer Sgt. Michael Simmons.
Simmons said McDaniel was not using a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, Simmons said.
Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
