LEGAL NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF ENTERPRISE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST TAKE NOTICE:
A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and take action upon the following request(s):
Old Business: A request by John Redmon for an 8.5' side yard variance to construct a carport located at 710 West Lee Street.
New Business: A request by Florida Certified Sign Erectors for a 25 ft height and a 14 square footage variance for an existing sign located at 617 Boll Weevil Circle. A request by Jeffrey Goolsby for a 15’ foot side yard variance to construct a new home located at 306 W. Lee Street.
All property owners interested in the above item(s) are urged to attend this public hearing and express themselves concerning same.
