TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall,Enterprise, Alabama, to consider and take action upon the following request(s):

A request by Ross R. Cotter to rezone 8.27 acres from B3 (Highway Commercial District) to R-75A (Residential District) located at Freedom Drive.
A request by Maurice D. Nix to rezone the property located at 201 Colony Drive from B1 (Business District) to R-75A (Residential District).
A request by Watkins Consulting Engineering, Inc. for preliminary site plan approval for Enterprise Family Eye Clinic located at 820 E. Lee Street.
A request by A&B Construction for a preliminary plat and final plat review for 303-309 Dauphin Street and 104 Sheffield Road.
