Three men were arrested following a traffic stop and narcotics bust on Friday, Feb. 8.
At 1:40 p.m., the Enterprise Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Park Avenue and Geneva Highway, according to Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund.
During the traffic stop, officers conducted a probably cause search of the vehicle, Haglund said. Officers recovered three firearms and six ounces of marijuana from the vehicle.
EPD officers arrested and charged Calvin Vanquez Cooper, 21, of Enterprise, and Quentez Rahmi Hooks, 26, of Enterprise, with first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana. Diquan Lakeith Holloway, 25, of Enterprise, was arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Hooks and Cooper were transported to the Coffee County Jail after their arrest. Additional charged may be pending.
