Enterprise police arrested two Enterprise men Nov. 17 after unrelated search warrants led to the recovery of stolen items and the discovery of illegal narcotics.
According to Enterprise Police Department public information officer Sgt. Steve Russell, a search warrant at 108 Weeks Dr. led to the discovery of an indoor marijuana growing operation containing 17 plants.
The alleged owner of the plants, 25-year-old Clay Townley, was arrested and charged with drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
EPD investigators also executed a search warrant Nov. 17 at the home of William Darrell Morris at 210 County Road 270 where they found stolen items including three guns and a generator, according to Russell.
Morris, 34, was taken into custody and charged with receiving stolen property in the first degree, possession of a pistol by a violent felon and failure to appear in court in an unrelated case.
The investigation into the stolen property is ongoing.
