Former Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley has been granted a fourth extension to report to prison.
Federal prosecutors Wednesday filed paperwork saying they had no objections to the requested extension.
Judge Myron Thompson today signed paperwork approving another two weeks, making his report date Nov. 19.
Gilley has been seeking treatment for an undisclosed medical condition. The extensions allow him to be treated by his personal physician rather than at the government's expense.
The original report date was Aug. 27, which was pushed back to Sept. 24, then Oct. 9 and then Nov. 5.
Gilley was sentenced in July to six years and eight months in prison on federal bribery charges.
