The Daleville boys basketball team beat Slocomb 71-37 Friday night to earn another Class 3A, Area 3 win.
The Warhawks raced to a 27-8 lead after the opening quarter, and had a 46-23 advantage at halftime. Daleville led 63-33 at the end of the third quarter.
Robert McGirt led the Warhawks with 20 points in the game. Aaron Cope followed with 14, and Jacques Coleman added 12.
Daleville will face Straughn Saturday, Jan. 12, at home. Games are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
