Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 21, for a Daleville woman killed in a two-vehicle crash in Florida.

Sheila Waters, 59, of Daleville, was killed Friday, Sept.15, at about 3:30 p.m. in the crash that occurred at the intersection of County Road 185 and State Road 81 in Holmes County, Fla.

According to Florida Highway Patrol Public Affairs Officer Lt. Eddie Elmore, the Toyota Camry driven by Waters was traveling west on CR 185 and stopped at the intersection.

Robert Holley, 86, of Southport, was traveling north on Highway 81 in a Kia Sedona approaching the intersection, according to the accident report.

According to the accident report, Waters apparently failed to observe the Kia Sedona as she entered the intersection.

Elmore said Holley suffered minor injuries and that an investigation is still underway.
