The Daleville High School football team lost 20-0 against Dale County Oct. 11.
Dale County got on the scoreboard first when the Warriors ran the ball in for a 9-yard touchdown. Dale County missed the extra point to give them a 6-0 lead.
The Warriors found the end zone against with a 42-yard touchdown pass to further its lead to 14-0 in the first quarter.
On its second possession of the second quarter, Dale County scored on a 34-yard touchdown pass. The Warriors missed the extra point and had a 20-0 lead.
The score remained 20-0 at halftime.
Neither team was able to find the end zone in the second half, and Dale County won the game.
Daleville hosts Slocomb Friday, Oct. 18. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
