The Dale County Sheriff's Department has made an arrest regarding stolen all terrain vehicles out of Georgia.
Dexter Gilley, 25, of Enterprise was arrested yesterday after police set up a mock purchase of an allegedly stolen ATV.
According to Public Information Officer, Mason Bynum, the Dale County Sheriff's Department received a call from the Worth County Sheriff's Office in Georgia regarding a possible stolen ATV in Dale County.
The victim of the stolen ATV in Worth County located the ATV on Craigslist and contacted local authorities.

Gilley met with undercover investigators in the parking lot of a local restaurant in Daleville to make the exchange.
Investigators verified the serial number of the ATV before taking Gilley into custody.
Upon a search of Gilley's home in Enterprise, police found a stolen Kubota ATV out of Dougherty County, Georgia.
Gilley was charged with first-degree receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon.
He is currently being held in the Dale County Jail pending a first appearance hearing.
The Dale County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Daleville and Enterprise Police Departments and the Dougherty and Worth County Sheriff's Offices.
Bynum said the investigation is ongoing and they do expect additional arrests.
