A man involved in the armed robbery of a vehicle July 8 on College Street has been arrested.

Dennis Wilson Finley Jr. was taken into custody today in Gadsden County, Fla.

The Enterprise Police Department would like to thank the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office and the Quincey Police Department for their assistance.

Finley was wanted after stealing a vehicle outside a College Street business.

The victim told police she left her car running with her 10-year-old son inside while she went into the business.

She saw a white male in his 40s get into the driver's seat and she ran to get her son out of the car.

According to police, the suspect then pulled out a knife and told the victim to get out of the car, but she was able to get her son out of the car unharmed.

Officers located the stolen vehicle minutes later, however, the suspect was no longer with the vehicle. A warrant was issued for first-degree robbery and he was considered armed and dangerous.
