Coffee County Sheriff's Office investigators and deputies arrested Stacy Deree King, 26, of Dixon Mills, after a traffic stop on Highway 167 North, north of County Road 201 on Sept. 12.

A search of her vehicle revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Once inside the Coffee County Jail, more methamphetamine was located concealed on her persons.

King was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree promoting prison contraband, distribution of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the Coffee County Sheriff's Office, King was on federal probation out of the Southern District of Alabama for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and has been on the run since July.

Investigators learned of her whereabouts in Coffee County last month and began tracking her.
