An Enterprise man who has been charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 stepped out of his bond hearing today to find he has been charged with an additional count of sexual abuse.

The charged was filed at 3:05 p.m. today almost immediately after his hearing with District Judge Paul Sherling's courtroom.

David Benjamin Dunn, II, appeared in Sherling's courtroom via video conference.

Though his bond was set at $10,000 and conditions of bond were set, Dunn will now have to appear before the judge again tomorrow on a second sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 charge.

During the hearing on the first charge, the state was represented by Assistant District Attorney Chris Kaminski.

Dunn did not request an attorney and did not request a preliminary hearing.

Conditions of the bond were that he not change his address without court approval, have no contact with the victim or victim's family and not leave the state without the court's approval.

Dunn requested that he be able to go to his parent's home in Ga., which the state agreed to.

Another condition of bond was that he not have contact with a child under the age of 18.

Judge Sherling asked is there was any children at his parent's residence in Ga. under the age of 18 and Dunn responded "no."

The state also indicated that if the Department of Human Resources was involved in the case that he abide by any safety plan as established by DHR.

The state also requested that he be fitted with a GPS monitor at the defendant's expense.

Dunn will appear before the judge again at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
