Following an investigation, deputies and investigators with the Coffee County Sheriff's Office arrested a man wanted for the possession and receipt of child pornography.
Norman Lee Burch Jr., 43, was arrested Jan. 8 on County Road 300 after his information was run through the National Crime Information Center. Deputies discovered he was wanted by the United States Marshals from the Southern District of Iowa.
After making contact with Burch at a residence on County Road 300 near the Pike County line, Burch was taken into custody and transported to the Coffee County Jail.
According to the sheriff's office, Burch was taken into custody, Jan. 9, by the US Marshals and transported back to Iowa.
Burch has two federal charges including receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
