Incoming Command Sgt. Maj. of the U.S. Army Combat Readiness/Safety Center Leeford C. Cain proudly accepts the NCO saber from Brig. Gen. Timothy J. Edens, director of Army Safety and commanding general of the USACR/Safety Center, during a change of responsibility ceremony Jan. 17.
