Two Ozark men have been arrested in connection with multiple burglaries in two counties.

Dale County Sheriff’s Department Public Information Officer Capt. Mason Bynum said Christopher Rozar, 26, and Dustin E. Wiggins, 25, were arrested Dec. 30, 2014, in connection with burglaries in the Enterprise, Ozark and Skipperville areas.

Both men are charged with first-degree theft, three counts of second-degree theft, four counts of third-degree burglary and second-degree possession of marijuana.

“The Dale County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Ozark Police Department, executed a search warrant in the 200 Block of John D. Seifert Road in Ozark,” Bynum said.

“During the search, investigators located multiple stolen firearms, electronic gaming systems, power equipment and other miscellaneous items.”

Bynum said the investigators were able to connect the stolen items to multiple burglaries in the Ozark, Enterprise and Skipperville areas.

Investigators also recovered marijuana from inside the residence.

Bynum said further investigation has resulted in the recovery of more stolen firearms. “We are asking the public’s help in locating any additional stolen firearms and property in these cases.

“If you have traded or purchased any items from these individuals, you may be in possession of stolen property,” Bynum cautioned. “Please contact Dale County Sheriff’s Investigator Billy Crawford at (334) 774-2335.”

Bynum said the investigation continues and additional arrests are anticipated. “We are urging anyone with information on Rozar and Wiggins to please come forward.”
